Bhensavahi Hostel Picnic Ahmedabad 2024

• This year we went to Ahmedabad for our Educational yearly Picnic. Places we covered and itinerary is:

27-03-2024  DAY-1

• 5.00 a.m. After taking blessings from our Guru shree Labdhi Darshan Maharasaheb , We started from Bhensavahi to Omkar Tirth. 7.15 we reached and did prayer and breakfast here. 9.00 a.m. We started from Omkar Tirth to Kocharab Ashram Ahmedabad.
• 11.00 a.m. We reached Kocharab Ashram. Mr. Ronakbhai who is one of the main administration officer showed the entire Ashram and also told lot of real stories about the Ashram making and purpose and changing cast system etc……… It was so interesting that in 40 degree Hot temperature in Ahmedabad, kids were listening to him with full interest. I must acknowledge Mr. Bahadur bhai who is taking care of the premises since 24 years. His service is like devotion (pooja-Bhakti) to this Ashram. Because of such people this place is still with such great Aura. If you are planning to go Gandhi Ashram, you must visit Kocharab Ashram first. Because Mr. Gandhi made this 1st and because of his follower increased in a large scale, he made Gandhi Ashram and moved there. We are thankful to Mr. Ronakbhai and Mr. Bahadurbhai for all help. 
• 1.00 p.m. we reached to Gandhi Ashram. Here we met Ms. Lataben who told us so many things about the Ashram, we didn’t know even. She also showed us how to make threads from cotton using “Rantio” practically. We also thanks Mr. Sureshbhai who is one of the head administrative officer. We loved Gandhi Ashram and Kocharab Ashram. Both are Must visit place in Ahmedabad.
• 3.30 p.m. we reached to Akshardham Gandhinagar. This place has best discipline and cleanliness. All staff are very polite and always helpful. We booked everything before we go there. So it was smooth entry for all and got very good discount for this School trip. Mr. Jagrutbhai helped us in all bookings. Because of no photography rules, we don’t have anything in memory. But there is one paid photo system at temple entrance gate. Don’t miss that. we finished our dinner in premvati restaurant inside Akshardham. Very clean and best staff. They gave good discount for school trip. Overall great experience. 
• 8.30 p.m. we went to Borij Jain Tirth which is just 5 minutes drive from Akshardham. We were very tired and very good arrangement for sleeping was done by management. 

28-03-2024  DAY-2

        After finishing daily routine Seva-Pooja and Navkarsi, we went to Science city. Borij Jain Tirth is amazing place.  

• 9.45 a.m. we reached to Science City. Before going there we talked with Mr. Kiritbhai and did all booking online. If you have kids and going to Ahmedabad, this place is must visit. You need at least 5-6 hours to see everything. Hall of space & science is a very interactive place where your kids will be doing science experiments. Robotics is very knowledgeable and fun filled place . Robots were serving food in the restaurant so for experience we ordered ice cream. kids enjoyed it a lot. There is Aquarium you must visit. it’s huge and very well made. We took our lunch in Havemor restaurant which was booked in advance. Excellent service by Havemor. 
• 4.00 p.m. we went to Kids city Kankariya. We did booking before going so it was very easy for us to reach exact location Gate No: 7 for parking and entry for kids city. Mr. Mukeshbhai is one of the main administrative manager here, helped us a lot and also gave us great discount. His team helped our kids in doing all different activities. Mr. Mukeshbhai gave out of the way freedom to our kids and made them feel like home. We danced at the place and had great finishing picnic party of our trip. After kids finished dinner at Kids City we went on round trip in Mini Train at Kankaria Lake. It was amazing. 
• 8.00 p.m. we started to our Hostel and reached around 12.30 at night. It was unforgettable trip thanks to all kids,teachers,volunteer and the warm welcome of all places in Ahmedabad.
